Every day in passing, to fill the space, to occupy the time, people that I know and people that I don't know say to me, 'How are you?', and then, before waiting for me to answer- and yes, I get it, - ITS NOT A REAL QUESTION- just social filler, they move on, into their world and out of mine. It is quite possibly a great, or pointless question. I say if you don't want to know the answer don't ask the question. Better to be sincerely disinterested than insincerely inquisitive. I am many things, all of us are, and some of us have not been asked that question by an interested party in a long, long time.
